 I love to teach since my childhood. My dream is to be a teacher. When I was expecting results after completing my higher education, I taught children in Dhamma school in my village. It is a blessing that I got in my life. I am very proud to be able to work as a teacher there after studying at Sri Dhamma Nanda Dhamma School. I remembered my childhood when I saw little children showing their talents. I went to Sunday school every Sunday.  I put on my sari and went to Sunday school very happily.  The temple is located near my house. When I was working there, a devotional song concert was held. I trained the children to sing songs for it. I completed the Dharmacharya exam under the guidance of the Reverend Thero of the temple.   I plant Anthurium flowers in my free time. I think it is a good hobby. My mother helps me a lot. In the beginning, I did it just for fun, but now I am getting financial profit from it. At the initial stage, I only had red anthurium, but now there are many special varieties. Cooking at home is one of my leisure time activity. My sister helps me a lot in this. I cook at home on Saturdays, Sundays and my holidays. Most of the time I like to make pasta. I cook different ways and try new ways. Cooking and eating is always fun, specially homemade food. Food is one of the primary necessities of humans and also plays a vital role in maintaining good health. People work hard to eat; it does not matter if it is healthy or not, but healthy eating prevents a variety of health problems. For some people eating is an option, but for others they live to eat. It is very important that every child, rich or poor, goes to school because it is in a school that we learn many important things. We lern how to behave with others and how to live a better life. I studied  at B/Lunugala National College in Lunugala .The school has ten buildings. The beautiful garden, the grassy lawn and the Ashoka trees along the pathways make the school a beautiful sight.  Besides the beautiful buildings, my school also has a basketball court, a huge field for outdoor games, a swimming pool and a canteen where fresh food is cooked everyday.   Our school takes part in inter-school hockey, football and cricket tournaments, as also in debates and elocution contests. Our school has won many trophies, especially for debates and football.   The principal of our school is a great scholar and our teachers are highly qualified and well trained, so we students get a good foundation in our studies.   My husband and I went to see the End of the World in December .I was born in Badulla District of Uva Province and I am very proud to have been born in a cold weather environment. We went by bike. The little end of the world is more prominent in the popular places where I live. After coming to Passara town from Badulla, we arrived at Pitamaruwa and went to Madolsima. Little End of the world is located in Madolsima area, it is located at the corner of Rowberry Tea Estate. When we reached it, we could see small dry forests. The most striking feature of Madolsime Worldsend is that the viewer can see a vast plain stretching from the base of the mountains towards the east coast. Even when my husband and I went there, we could see how the mountain range was shrouded in mist. I celebrated my 20th birthday on 31.01.2021.  Also at that time I was training as a University Qualifier at People's Bank. My sister surprised me early in the morning by cutting an beautiful icing cake and making milk rice.   My sister gave me a beautiful umbrella. Since my father was not at home, he called me and wished me a happy birthday. My mother gifted me a saree in my favorite color which is blue. That day I went to work wearing that saree. All the staff of the bank congratulated me on my birthday. My friends had sent many greetings in the face book that day.  My best friend wrote a beautiful poem about me and sent me a video along with it. That evening when I was getting ready to go home, I was surprised at an unexpected moment. It was the bank staff who had prepared a birthday party for me. After I got selected in the University of the visual and perfoming arts , I  thought  conduct a Saraswati Pooja.I saw  my teacher is conducting saraswathi pooja in these days, on his whatsapp states . T he day after Christmas was a Saturday, so me and all my friends were at the hostel. We were all very bored. Many friends had gone home because of holidays. Around 2 p.m.  the friends from the Dehiwala hostel called us to ask if we could go Galle face . At first we thought we couldn't go, but we left for the journey. We boarded a bus going from Kaduwela to Kollupitiya. We went to Galle Face from Kollupitiya on foot. We didn't know the way to Galle Face. We found the way by calling our friends.   I had been to Galle Face before, but I went with the family in a van. It was about to rain, so there was no sunshine.   T he New Year is celebrated not only by the Sinhalese. It celebrated by all the people around the world. The new year is start with a new calendar, new thoughts and hopes, forgetting the old grudges.  It was the first time I was out of the house. I was in a province where no one knew me. I missed my home a lot. Mom was not there to taste a delicious piece of milk rice like in previous years.  I and my friends in the hostel lit the stove to make milk rice. Then we made Katta Sambola with milk rice, bunch of banana and also we cut a cake and we set the New Year table.     We lit a  oil lamp and prayed that our all the wishes of the new year will be fulfilled. All the friends tasted milk rice and a cup of coffee make happy.
